Describe the bug
Copy/cut/paste does not work with files on MTP devices (e.g. mobile phone)

To Reproduce

Connect your phone to your PC.
Browse to a folder on the phone using Explorer++.
Right click on a file and select "copy" or "cut".
Navigate to another folder and select "paste" - nothing happens.

Expected behavior
The files should be copied or moved when paste is selected.

Version (please complete the following information):

Explorer++ 1.4.0.2293 64 bit
OS: Windows 11
