Add ability to filter by file extension

If you install UE it brings 40Gb of pdbs and you can only specify starting filter right now.

I'm of course not Rodney, but I'd say that a comment which just simply pings the repository owner (who is watching the Repo, so they're getting notifications either way) is not helpful to the discussion.

And to actually add to this issue: The downloader is being worked on right now (at least judging from the recent Commits), so I assume once that work is done, they'll look into this properly.

File extension filters (or rather glob filters) will come with the downloader rewrite.
