The version of desispec@KPNO needs to be updated to incorporate Rongpu's changes to stop reading the contaminated part of the overscan region in z1 (see desispec#2438).

I am in a location with unstable internet, so depending on my luck with connections, this may not be done until the weekend at the earliest.

Finished this morning. Updating packages is now a two-step process:

  1. ssh git@desi-general git -C packagename[.git] fetch
  2. git clone git@desi-general:packagename[.git]
