Feature: Support Custom Prompts

Description

We use a single hard coded prompt right now. It makes sense for the maintainer to provide custom prompts that are specific to the needs of the project or organisation.

Tasks

• Design changes in the project structure for supporting such feature
• Research and define a convention for the custom prompt
• Implement a mechanism for taking user input of the custom prompt
• Implement using the custom prompt for generation

Expected Outcome

IkarisGPT should be able to support custom prompts from maintainers for generating descriptions.
