Expected Behavior

Have functions like:

Add-NSLBServiceMonitorBinding
Get-NSLBService
Get-NSLBServiceMonitorBinding
New-NSLBService
Remove-NSLBService
Remove-NSLBServiceMonitorBinding
Set-NSLBService

Current Behavior

Only service groups can be managed using this module.
