1. General UI/UX Improvements:

Team Detail Page

• Add line numbers to table rows. Make OSM UID less prominent? #290

Organization Page

2. Badge Improvements

• Badges should be displayed next to usernames #295
• Badges: Team moderators & Org. managers/owners should be able to assign badges from the Teams List #296

3. OSM Username Lookups

• Enable adding an OSM user by OSM username. add users by username #97
