we can now import the building blocks for the official titiler.xarray https://github.com/developmentseed/titiler/tree/main/src/titiler/xarray

note: here is a notebook https://github.com/developmentseed/titiler/blob/main/src/titiler/xarray/notebooks/xarray_dataset_cache.ipynb showing how to use a custom dataset opener method (with cache)
