Ensure consistency in formatting across workflows in devfiles org

Issue Description

A simple task to ensure that our workflows follow the same formatting or use the same linting. As example we could use the way we reference workflow variables where some workflows use rereferences like {{var}} and others {{ var }}. Ideally, we would like all the repos to be aligned over a specific way.

Acceptance criteria

• All workflows are follow a consistent way of formatting & linting.
