MacOS Builds and Automation

Hello,

I know there have been some discussion in prior issues on MacOS builds for this (at least for arm based devices), with the main issue being that the lead dev does not own a mac device.

Instead, I propose using Github's built in VMs for this, ie: https://docs.github.com/en/actions/using-github-hosted-runners/about-github-hosted-runners

This can also be extended to other devices, but given how similar the iOS and MacOS architecture are, I doubt there would be much of an issue with the transition.

I'd love to hear some thoughts!
