[BUG] Notes being overwritten intermitently v2.4.7 -> v2.4.12

Describe the bug
Intermittently; when working on the notes, they are being overwritten by notes from another folder on that case.

To Reproduce
We cannot actively reproduce it, as it happens intermittently when working on a case, however; happens enough that it causes issues and the team are writing notes locally and copying and pasting into the notes until fixed.

Expected behaviour
When switching between notes on a case; they not to be overwritten by the data from another clicked note.

I have had the same issue ! Hard to reproduce indeed since you never know when the overwriting will occur.
