I have this issue that when my custom module triggers (manually & automatically), I am getting this error:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "/iriswebapp/app/iris_engine/module_handler/module_handler.py", line 484, in task_hook_wrapper raise Exception('Unable to instantiate target module') Exception: Unable to instantiate target module

Any possible solution for this?
