Please add references

I think that some references are missing. Given that the graph is distributed under apache license, I think there are to key points:

1. References of the authos/concepts (Who invented what, what are good further reading materials etc.)
2. Pictures/Graphs used within the mindmap (e.g. colah, wiki?)
