I'd like to be able to set custom cookie file path of NBXplorer (not to be confused with bitcoind). This is useful for finer-grained permission management among other things.

I'm willing to do a PR, but I'm not experienced with C#, so I'd like to ask if there's some good reason not to do this and whether creating a new field in ExplorerConfiguration that gets read by CookieRepository is sufficient.

dgarage/NBXplorer#238 is implemented.
