Individual infographics graphs should have titles

Only the Interaction Type graph has a title. The other graphs should also have titles to tell the user what their purposes are.

The middle graph should be called "Directionality" (maybe also have a tooltip explaining what it means?)
The graph on the far right should be called "Approval"

Acceptance Criteria:

• the middle and right graphs shown in the screenshot above should have titles above them with their names: Directionality and Approval, respectively
• The titles for the graphs should still display above them, even if the screen width is in the mobile view
• When the three graphs are displayed in a row, the titles should all display on the same line
