Description and Links to Explanation of Score Types

Right now, v2x_polyarchy does not really mean anything. We want the users to know what the scores actually mean. We can solve this by providing more information on the score types.

• Have alternative display names for the scores so that they look less "backend-y"
• Have descriptions show up for what the score types mean
• Have a link show up to direct users to some thing that can explain the score more in-depth
