Description of Issue:
The tabs for English and Computer Science do not work on the second level.

Reproduction steps:

Open up index.html file in any web browser.
Select the Computer Science tab.
Try to select any of the second layer tabs.

Expected Behavior:
The second layer must be able to be selected for the user.

Notes:

This issue also occurs with the English tab in step [2].
