Bug, GetLinks, corrupted Math.csv

Description of Issue:
GetLinks does not check to see in Math.CSV is corrupted before hand, and thus, will show incorrect data to the user. Also, GetLinks will fail if any lines are improperly formatted.

Reproduction steps:

1. Modify Math.csv
2. Select any combination of tags.
3. Select "Submit Content"

Expected Behavior:
GetLinks reads the file and returns a list of strings.
