用例详情返回列表页面，不会返回当前操作的列表，是默认返回到第一页，当用例列表数量分页过多时，这操作不便于快速操作，建议在用例详情页面增加一个返回按钮，点击返回，是返回当前进入的列表页面，不是默认到第一页
