npm i -g chameleon-tool报错

bug描述
执行npm i -g chameleon-tool报错
第一步无法使用；
镜像源使用的是淘宝镜像
npm镜像也无法使用

复现bug的步骤

➜ chameleon npm i -g chameleon-tool
