Create Header with Sync button and Hambuger Icon that open the setting menu drawer.

To Do

Create Header with black to translucent gradient
Create Sync button (should not do anything right now)
Create Drawer according to designs (can remain empty)
Add Hamburger icon that opens drawer on right
