Change text in box "Custom Background Settings"

This all looks like left over from OSM.

Here we could have much better instructions of how people could get custom background maps viewable, even if not set up in the configuration, so text around where to put the map in the Mapeo folder and what to type into this box and things for people to look out for (eg. if it's png or jpg).
