Proposal to Create Documentation for Dopamine

I am a regular user of Dopamine and find it extremely user-friendly and practical. I noticed that Dopamine does not have comprehensive documentation, only an FAQ. I would like to volunteer my help in creating detailed documentation for it. I hope you agree and look forward to your response.

Please note that the Dopamine 2 GitHub repository is located at https://github.com/digimezzo/dopamine-windows. I'll modify that in the document and will move this issue to the correct repository.
