I use this tutorial: http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/ruby/gem-creation-with-bundler/ and http://guides.rubygems.org/make-your-own-gem/ In your case, the only issue is to add your ruby command in the PATH automatically, I don't know how to do it, but you may find it here: http://www.awesomecommandlineapps.com/gems.html This gem seems to be interesting to your project: https://github.com/davetron5000/gli I hope this helps. |

It would be great if you can make it as a gem so pipal command can be used in anywhere in the command line. Also, it makes it easier to maintain your code from the user perspective.
