SV, UI: 24h-based data/time calendar picker #185

Time representation on SV UI is currently inconsistent. Calendar picker uses 12h am/pm format while printed date is in 24h format. Having 24h format consistently everywhere would improve readability and reduce the chances of making mistakes.
