Error text:

HTTPError: Unable to create cryptosuite suite for issuance: The signer's algorithm "undefined" is not a supported algorithm for the cryptosuite. The supported algorithms are: "BBS-BLS12-381-SHA-256, Bls12381G2".

This error can be hard to reproduce and is expected to be related to caching or a simple asynchronous programming bug.
