Unify form fields to one ui library

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently we are using different form fields especially for extensions which cause different stylings and lot of effort to style them equally. Since we moved the datepickers to mui since they provide better functionality, we should also move the form components to mui and unify the styling
