Yeah, look at the image. I don't know if this is an issue or just my av but just in case i'll post it here :)

Well, this thing uses an exploit to hack the WiiU. That same exploit could theoretically - with a very old browser version - used to hack a computer, too, that's why some AVs detect it. Just ignore the warning.

would it be possible to remove it because it's kinda annoying to have to disable windows defender to install it

The exploit is required to install / start Loadiine. Removing it from this repo would only force people to download it from another, having the same issue.

How often do you need to re-download Loadiine that ignoring a virus warning is so annoying for you?

You can't just 'ignore' it. You have to go onto the Windows defender settings and allow it through there it doesn't just ask you if you want to allow it it phisycaly blocks the install until you go into the settings and allow that specific 'virus'
