Game name with symbols issue

I tried to play JUST DANCE® 2019 [HJDE41] but the Loadiine couldn't play it, it didn't even show me the cover of the game, I didn't know what to do until I removed the "®" symbol from the name and it started working correctly, including WUP Installer GX2 (I know this shouldn't be here but I say it anyway) I couldn't see the game to install it, as I said, just remove the symbol from the name and everything went perfectly.
