I used the virtual machine virtualBox ubuntu16.04 to install using a different method (not docker), followed the steps, and finally executed the command (roslaunch usv_sim airboat_scenario1.launch parse:=true), and the above error occurred.

In order to be able to help you, you need to provide more context. I need to be able to reproduce the error you are reporting.
for example: which OS are you using (distro, version), are using docker ?
in some cases, the graphic card spec is also relevant. not sure if this is your case.
which are the commands you run to reach this error ?
