Yahoo provider is still suggested although I've configured it

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Yahoo site
2. Accept IDIB suggestion and configure Yahoo as OpenID provider
3. Yahoo is still listed as suggested OpenID provider, although it is
already configured

As long as I've configured one provider, it should not be shown as a
suggested anymore. Maybe "Add additional OpenID from the same provider"
would make more sense, but I'm not sure.
