i-name support in the OpenID for Flock ALPHA extension

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the OpenID for Flock ALPHA extension
2. Invoke the extension
3. Enter an i-name (begins with an = sign) as the "Enter your OpenID" value
4. Click on the "Validate" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should have accepted my i-name and processed it like any other OpenID,
instead I received a "Please supply a valid URL" error message

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IDIB OpenID for Flock 0.5 
Flock V 2.5.2
Windows XP
Please provide any additional information below.
Full support for OpenID 2.0 specification includes support for i-names.
