Colab - The collective bargaining platform

Description:

Colab is a platform that mediates transactions between Colab users who deposit DNT for collective bargaining on items and wholesalers who make offers to fill them. Users can log in and join a Colab group or start their own group to purchase something new. By depositing the DNT and setting a price a user can say how much they are willing to pay and other users can join the group to strengthen the buying power of the group. Companies and Wholesalers can also use Colab and see bulk orders already funded by Colab user groups. These wholesalers can then make offers to all Colab group for the users to consider. For instance, an Colab member logs into Colab and generates a new group indicating their intention to buy an HD 45" TV for $4,000. The user is required to deposit $4000 of DNT to reserve their place in the group. As more members join the group the buying power grows. Manufactures or wholesalers of HD TV's can log into Colab, see qualified and funded offers from group members, and make offers for the group to consider. Governance by Aragon can mediate the negotiations by allowing users to vote on the qualified offers eventually leading large wholesale purchases and lower prices for consumers. Some percentage of users will need to be determined to have the order be accepted. If group consensus is reached all Colab users in that group are required and bound to the purchase the item and the bulk order is executed.
