[Terraform] [AWS] Internet gateway issue / Attachement

Describe the bug

Internet gateway is available in leto-modelizer components, but its not presented when its declared.
Attachement ressource Internet gateway / VPC in not available.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the text view
2. Add AWS internet gateway ressource section
3. Switch to the draw view
4. See that the resource is not successfully created and you can't attach it to a vpc

Expected behavior

When you reference the ressouce is text view you will see it in draw view, and you can attach it to a vpc.
