Planning and tracking work:

Centralized backlog (where it makes sense)
Break down work into manageable chunks
Initiative - Epic - Batch - Task
Overhead and planning is offset by increased momentum, more flexibility with changes, increased morale, better capacity planning, clearer workstreams, no more invisible work, increased alignment at the leadership level
