Description

Cannot start Docker with error after installation
OS:windows11

Reproduce

  1. Install Docker Desktop
    2.Start the application.
    3.An unexpected error occurred is displayed
    “starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \. \pipeDDOCKER_ENGINE: Access is denied.” in the middle of the page.

No response
