WIN11 Ver. 23H2 Build 22631.4974
WSL version: 2.4.11.0
Docker version 27.5.1, build 9f9e405
Error: starting services: initializing Docker API Proxy: setting up docker api proxy listener: open \.\pipe\docker_engine: Access is denied.
Docker Desktop will not start. The above error is presented and using the "Gather Diagnostics" button does not work. Used CLI for the diagnostics.
Seems that this may be an issue with a new version of WSL. Installed new WSL from Windows Update. After reboot this is the issue that has come up. Restarted PC, Reset to default settings, uninstalled and reinstalled Docker. Same issue every time.
Any assistance is appreciated.
