Performance Issues on Fedora 40 KDE

I am experiencing significant performance issues when using the GimpPS theme on my system. The issues include slow response times when clicking menus, opening files, and selecting various options within GIMP. Here are the details of my setup and the steps I took to identify the problem:

System Specifications:

Operating System: Fedora 40 spin KDE Plasma 6
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090
RAM: 32 GB
NVIDIA Driver Version: 555.58.02
CUDA Version: 12.5
GIMP Version: 2.10.38

Temporary Solution:
I had to change the theme back to the default to regain normal functionality in GIMP.

It would be great if the performance issues with the GimpPS theme could be investigated and resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
