[DOC-280] Single sign-on (SSO) #16
Comments
we use https://boxyhq.com at https://cal.com. can intro you to their CEO |
Pretty neat, I will take you up on that, when the time comes.. |
can also use Clerk ( https://clerk.com/features/social-sso ) |
We have a product aimed at enterprise users and after some research just wrote our own SAML2 service provider (SDP). Not a lot of code, really, and a lot less scary than it first appeared. From a commercial perspective SAML2 is a must for the Enterprise when you've sold to the business rather than individual users, and can increase the number of users considerably. If you're selling to individual users then you won't get into the company's SAML IDP and social-based SSO is the way to go. |
SSO (alongside Salesforce) is necessary for any sort of Enterprise adoption, to kick DocuSign out of the flow. Looking forward to the day. |
