I have problems with python3.11

      madmom/ml/nn/layers.c:211:12: fatal error: longintrepr.h: No such file or directory
        211 |   #include "longintrepr.h"
            |            ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      compilation terminated.
      error: command '/usr/bin/x86_64-linux-gnu-gcc' failed with exit code 1
      [end of output]

because of cython cython/cython#4428

So I would suggest 3.10 ? But I am going to update my system now …
