[Feature/Cloud Device Farm]: Dogu Routine with Cloud Device Farm

Problem

It provides a cloud device farm so that users do not have to spend time/human resources building, installing, setting up, and troubleshooting infrastructure for DoguAgent.
In this case, the list of user management targets is all about scripts, apps, interlocking systems for testing, and organization and project management for them.

Solution brainstorm

Cloud devices should be able to provide Dogu Routine, or Automated Test.
First of all, support platforms and browsers are Android emulators and Chrome, Firefox, and Edge browsers.
The remaining platforms and browsers (iOS simulator and safari browser) will be considered after supporting the above platform.
