Environment

Cloud

Steps to reproduce

Try connect slack with some routine
Complete connect slack with organization
But when I go back to routine, and click slack button it keeps saying "You don't have a connected slack. Please connect slack first"

Expected behavior

Slack connection should be successful and slack notificaion should operate normally

Actual behavor

When I click slack button, It keeps saying "You don't have a connected slack. Please connect slack first"
