Integrate with Typings?

https://github.com/typings/typings is a TSD replacement that supports versioning and distributed repositories. It would be helpful if dojo/typings was one of those repositories.

Yes. We like typings/typings. We should do this.

@typings I think I am ready to start to figure out what to do here.

The challenge that we have is that it is unlikely we will directly at the typings to the Dojo 1 distributions (though we could for future releases). Also, we are trying to cover off at least 4 different repos with these typings dojo/dojo, dojo/dijit, dojo/dojox, dojo/util/doh. In the future we may flesh out older versions of Dojo and would like to keep them all in here.

I tried reading the typings/typings and typings/registry guides but given the scenario, I am not sure of the best way of structuring the typings.json to integrate properly.
