How can I get a content of ephemeral message?

You should never have to refetch a message to get its content/embeds, unless you are not connected to the gateway. In this case, I think the application is deferring (sending a loading state) and editing the message later with the contents/embeds.

BTW, you should check for message.interaction and message.interaction.id == result.id.

Deferred messages aren't marked as edited. I'll try to reproduce this later, but I don't think this is a library bug.
