User Story

As a user, I want to have a UI interface that allows me to create content in a second language, utilizing the existing API functionality, so that I can manage multilingual content through a user-friendly interface.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Add UI controls to select target language for content creation.
2. Show clear indication of the relationship between original and translated content.
3. Ensure the UI reflects the current status of multilingual content.
4. Provide a way to navigate between different language versions of the same content.
5. Maintain consistent UI/UX patterns with the existing content creation interface.
