Problem Statement

When working with content types that have two workflows configured, the actions button disappears from the interface after creating a language copy of the content. This impacts content editors working with multilingual content and multiple workflows, severely limiting their ability to perform actions on the copied content.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create or use a content type that has two workflows configured
  2. Create a piece of content using this content type
  3. Attempt to create a language copy of the content
  4. Observe that the actions button is missing from the interface

Acceptance Criteria

  • The actions button should remain visible and functional after creating a language copy
  • All workflow actions should be accessible for content types with multiple workflows
  • The functionality should work consistently across different content types and language combinations
