please kindly help me solve this problem. I have been on it for days now. I do not know what to day. Thank you

Vagrant failed to load a configured plugin source. This can be caused

The Vagrant Plugin System, which uses rubygems, could not establish a secure connection to the rubygems server. This can have numerous reasons, like man-in-the-middle attacks, misconfigured or old TLS certificate chains. Without knowing anything about your host operating system, it's version and the version of vagrant you are using, it's very hard to tell.

However, this is no a plugin specific issue. You'll most likely have the same issue installing any vagrant plugin.
