Missing .Net 2.1.300 #124

I have the latest VS2017 (15.8.7 - vm from azure) version. To make the solution work I need to install .Net 2.1.300. follow the link:
https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/dotnet-core/2.1

to get the right version (below the middle of the page).

You can either update the global.json to the latest version of .NET Core or delete the global.json file entirely.
