Our aspire docs say it comes with visual studio, talks about podman and then doesn’t show how to get the templates on the same page.

I think we need to revamp these docs to show how to acquire the latest version of aspire (the templates), directly.

These docs should be inlined into the uber doc.

PS: I'm not sure we need a whole doc about the SDK.
