拟对 NCC 组织的现有（包括现行和未生效的）规范进行一次整理，该项工作预计于 2020 年 1 月前完成，包括：

对《关于申请加入 NCC 的项目的标准》进行修订；
对《关于推荐项目加入 NCC 的规范》进行修订；
对《关于加入 NCC 的步骤》进行修订，并补充相应的流程图示（对外）和详细说明（对内）；
对《关于 NCC 组织成员项目的营利与商业用途的阻隔规定》进行修订；
拟增加「政治阻隔规定」
拟增加用于 Home 项目 issue 的申请模板（中文版与英文版）
对部分简体中文的规定进行翻译（英文版）
