Do you mean the Gantt chart in WP1? That can be updated very easily.
Related to this question, would you like the higher level roadmaps on the main website? I've started moving out the WP1 text into another repo (wp1-ros, that I renamed from WP1-Reproducibility). Should I keep the Gantt chart there? I was thinking of having the WP1-specific Gantt chart there and remove the main one. I could rearrange the main website to have a roadmap doc and the Gantt chart there.
I was thinking that we could have a page somewhere that gives a textual and visual summary of where we are in the project and what's coming up next (main meetings and deliverables only). It could say something like: "We are currently in the pre-project phase. The main tasks are development of protocols for WP2, WP3 and WP4 and the setup of project management and collaboration structures. We are planning our first in-person coordination meeting on the 5th of March." If we had a general Gantt chart of the total project, we could place a red vertical line to indicate where we are at this point as a visual representation. This text and the graph would then obviously have to be updated regularly. So in conclusion: yes, it would be great to have a roadmap doc and over-all Gantt chart somewhere at the end of the 'overview' page, or as a separate menu tab under 'overview'.
